The Polycarbonate have high quality that will excellent operate many years. Two the most important factors that affect to operation time of roof: quality sheet and accessories. Connecting sheets very important. For roofs with large areas, the connection between the sheets is very important.
In order to ensure the operation time and aesthetics of the project. Based on the features of Polycarbonate, we research and develop a range of associated accessories for many roof types.

We have been developing many aluminum profiles from importing profile to our profile that we design and produce. To provide many solutions: loading, weather, anti-leak water, aesthetics,.. Now we have 3 aluminum profiles:

GF01  was designed by Green Roofing and produced at Tung Kuang factory. 
Consist of: Aluminum bar +   EPDM gasket, following two side bar.

 Sealant

Using aluminum to connect PC sheets that don't use much silicone for points connection(silicone nearly don't use). However, in some cases we have to use silicone for roof and if we use it, we will note things:
  • Silicone have to use neutral Silicone.
Some kinds of neutral silicone use for Polycarbonate: GE, DOWSIL(Dow Corning), 3M, X'Traseal,...
 

Other Accessories:

 Screw & Bolt
We use dedicated screw and washer to connect sheets or aluminum profile with frame: Galvanized steel Screw + Washer (have 2 layer: steel and EPDM gasket), the accessories are weather resistance and anti-leak water.
 
  Size Note
Screw 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm  
Washer 1.9cm, 2.5cm  

*Note: Don't use washer have PVC or rubber unsuitable for Polycarbonate.

 Adhesive tape
Adhesive tapes: Impermeable and semi-permeable. 
Use for multiwall sheets to reduce dusts and insects go inside sheet. Water will go out by semi-permeable tape
Width: 2.5cm, 3.8cm
